Terms of Service

These are our terms of service.

Section "1" (Do Not's)

• 1.a; Do not be racist.
• 1.b; Do not be rude.
• 1.c; Do not say racial slurs.
• 1.d; Do not spam!
• 1.e; Do not share social media of our server's Administrators/Moderators/Hosts without permission.
• 1.f; Do not advertise.
• 1.g; Do not annoy people.
• 1.h; Do not harass anyone.
• 1.i; Do not use offensive nicknames.
• 1.j; Do not post someone's personal information.
• 1.k; Do not post inappropriate content.
• 1.l; Do not impersonate others.
• 1.m; Do not post stolen and/or illegal contents. (Accounts/Credit Cards)
• 1.n; Do not post untrusted/external links and/or files.

Section "2" (Common Sense)

• 2.a; Remain respectful to members at all times.
• 2.b; If you require assistance, open a ticket by clicking here!
• 2.c; The team will contact you if you have contacted us, just wait patiently.
• 2.d; If you want to request a video/stream you have to open a ticket by clicking here!
• 2.e; If you release something to the public (scripts, models, prefabs, etc.) you have to post it in the forums.
• 2.f; Be very careful and double check the licenses if you use, release or share assets from or for game development, map development, general mod creation(s), etc.
Clarifying Statements (You're Being Informed)

• 2.g; For developing, creating, modifying, etc. any sort of assets for any Mod-tools or Modding community which is done in any way of "Commission", Where a payment has been send/completed by the client (the person who is requesting assist) It is done for the work that has been put into the job as a gift.
The user sending the money is sending it as a way to thank the user on the other end. Assets used, modified or build upon from any type of public video game's titles are not sold by any way shape of form! Our staff will never sell any types of assets that has been used, modified or build upon from any type of public video game's titles.

• 2.h; If you choose to disobey these rules, Administrators have the right to kick or ban you.
• 2.i; All files that are saved in our "Temp" folder are there temporary, and will be cleaned every 2 to 4 weeks. It is not our responsibility for you to download the files within that time period.
• 2.j; Every single file that are saved into our "Temp" folder has it's own timer before being removed (2 to 4 weeks).

• 2.k; Every asset added to our official forums can be downloaded and used for non-commercial projects

Section "3" (Commissions & Payments)

• 3.a; Overall assets that are exported from existing videogame titles are not payed for, commission may take place in a way of a gift for the work that is required and will take place.

• 3.b; The assets send through commission can not be sold internally or externally! (read Section "4" (Assets & Releases) 3.d)
• 3.c; There is no default price in commissions, the price will be calculated by learning and understanding how much work has to be put in.

• 3.d; Everyone has the right the ask or demand a payment detail, which can be requested by clicking here.
• 3.e; All clients must pay before hand or your request will be removed.
• 3.f; All commissions with the total price of 40USD (or more) can be paid in 2 parts, first 50% has to be send unorder to start the request, second part of the remaining 50% must be send in order to complete the request and gain access to the required assets.

• 3.g; The second part of commission payment will have an additional 5% of the total price calculated on the second part.
• 3.h; The second part of commission payment (including the calculated 5% of the total price) has to be completed within 24 hours after the client is informed that the individual can go through and complete the commission.

• 3.i; All commissions and any payments must be send to sharpgamers4you (Paypal: sharpgamers4you@gmail.com) in order to authorize the commission and/or payment. Client's commission/payment rights will be revoked if any commission/payment is not send to the authorized user. (read section 3.p and 3.q)

• 3.j; Donations are not able to be refunded, if your donation was un-authorized then please open a ticket by clicking here.
• 3.k; Commissions and Payments can be refunded unless 60% (or more) work has been put into it, exceeded 48 hours after (first) payment, or if client can be disproved (authorization of the host will be required).

• 3.l; All clients of Sharp Cloud have to go through the regular payment steps (€5,- EURO for a single file entry, €0.50 EURO per month, €2,- EURO for every modifications and €5,- EURO for extraction.)

• 3.m; All clients of Sharp Cloud have to pay the full month price (€0.50 EURO) even if it's cancelled, removed and/or extracted within the same month of entry.

• 3.n; All clients of Sharp Cloud must plan out for how long the file has to be put into the Sharp Cloud Storage.
• 3.o; All clients must pay the entry price before their file(s) is/are uploaded into Sharp Cloud.

• 3.o-1; All clients must do a single payment of €1,- EURO per GB for every file exceeding 5GB.

• 3.p; All requests, tickets or any projects that are done through commision externally or outside our website are NOT AUTHORIZED! where the client will lose all rights including REFUND!.

• 3.q; If you decided to contact someone outside our system(s), then that's on you and we don't take responsibility.

Section "4" (Assets & Releases)

• 3.a; All assets shown in our release pages will go through some tests.
• 3.b; All assets MUST have a clear installation guide included.
• 3.c; All assets shown in our release pages has their own uniqeu download link created by Sharpgamers4you (This is part of authorizing the asset release).

• 3.d; All assets submitted to our release pages can not be sold internally or externally. (read "3" (Commissions & Payments) 3.b)
• 3.e; All assets submitted to our releases that was build upon a licensed asset, MUST have it's original license.
